If we want people to fully show up, to bring their whole selves including their unarmored, whole hearts—so that we can innovate, solve problems, and serve people—we have to be vigilant about creating a culture in which people feel safe, seen, heard, and respected.
I have spent my adult life improving the environments around me, from increasing efficiency on political campaigns, working in small law and IT firms bettering processes and team engagement, to working as a leader in non-profits to increase impact and community connection. Having experience working on small teams I have gained an array of skills that makes me a true jack of all trades. From business coaching and advising to graphic design and website creation, I have an evergrowing skillset to help serve entrepreneurs, small businesses and non-profits achieve their goals.
